我家住三樓，二樓馬桶堵了，通下水道的錢讓樓上挨家出，合理嗎？

這個問題我們最近正好遇到，我們是廚房的管道堵了，因為一樓裝修的時候自己改了管道，所以就把二樓的堵了，二樓廚房裡滿了水，上來找我們溝通。他的意思就是要是我們湊錢呢就一起湊錢修，要是不湊錢他就自己修然後把管道改了也不公用了，以後堵就堵三樓。我們是五樓，我是同意修！也同意攤錢。但問題是不是我們一家，只要有一家不同意平攤，這個事就成不了。所以，應該攤啊，公用一根管道，都用。二樓堵塞泡水已經更糟心了。油污堵塞不是一家能堵的，天長日久的。我覺得應該攤！！！
